风帆滑板运动细则

  Step 1: Kneeling Position

  Place both hands on the board and push down to pull yourself up and into a kneeling position, with a knee on each side of the mast, and over the centerline of the board.

  第一步:跪撑姿势

  双手放在滑板上,向下推,身体向上拉,呈跪撑姿势,膝盖分别位于桅杆的两边,越过滑板的中心线。

  Step 2: Uphauling

  Stand up on the board, using the uphaul (the thick rope or webbing which attaches from the front of the boom to the bottom of the mast) for stability, and put your feet where your knees had been, on either side of the mast and over the centerline. Stand with your knees bent, and back and arms straight.

  站在滑板上,利用升降索(从桅杆顶端到底端的那根粗绳子或带子)保持平衡,双脚放在刚才膝盖的位置,也就是说桅杆的两边,并越过中心线。膝盖弯曲,背挺直,手臂伸直。

  Pull on the uphaul line, hand over hand, to raise the rig (5)。 Use your body weight to do the work rather than your strength. Pull the sail out of the water until you reach the mast. Grab the mast with both hands just below the booms.

  两手交替拉动升降索,升起横衍。利用身体的重量而不是胳膊的力量来做这件事。碰到桅杆的时候再把帆从水里拉上来,用两只手抓住帆下桁下面的地方。

  Step 3: The Neutral Position

  Now you are in the neutral position keep your arms comfortably extended, knees flexed (6), back straight and body leaning back to counterbalance the weight of the rig.

  现在你就站在中立位置上了,尽情舒展双臂,膝盖弯曲,背挺直,身体向后倾斜,平衡横衍的重量。

  Step 4: Ready Position

  Now let go of your back hand. Step back with your back foot and place it on the centerline. Place your front foot beside or just behind the mast base, pointed toward the nose of the board. Maintain the sail perpendicular with the board.

  现在把下面那只手拿开,后面那只脚后退一些,放在中心线上。前脚放在侧面,或是放在桅杆基座的后面,脚尖指向滑板顶端。保持风帆与滑板的垂直角度。

  Step 5: Set Position

  Use your front hand to pull the mast across the centerline and into the wind, until you look through the sail window. Your upper body and shoulders should be parallel to the booms. Your hands should be about shoulder-width apart.

  前面那只手把桅杆拉过中心线,让风进来,直到你可以看见风帆上的窗口为止。身体上半部分和肩膀应该和帆下桁平行。双手放置与肩同宽。

  Step 6: Sailing Position

  Slowly rotate your upper body and rig so your front shoulder turns toward the nose of the board. This will fill the sail, so be prepared for some pull. Have your front leg straight, your arms comfortably extended, but not locked out, your back straight and your head up. Pull in just a little with your back hand. You are now sailing!

  慢慢旋转身体的上半部分和横衍,前肩指向滑板尾部。这会使风帆鼓起来,所以要做好拉住风帆的准备。前腿伸直,手臂自然伸展,但是不要停止运动,抬头挺胸。用后面那只手稍稍拉一点,现在你开始航行了。

  Once you have these moves down, get in the water and try them for real! Don‘t worry if you fall, it’s only water. But be warned: windsurfing is addictive! Many sailors who have recently taken up the sport are soon out on the water most weekends.

  一旦做好这些动作,你就可以到海里进行真正的练习了。如果落水也别担心,只是落水而已。但是你需要知道的是:风帆滑板是会上瘾的!许多刚学会这项运动的人很快把几乎每个周末的时间都花在了水面上。

  For summer windsailing action, don‘t forget to cheer on Hong Kong Gold medalist windsurfer Lee Lai-shan at her fourth Olympic performance in Athens this August.

  就夏季风帆滑板比赛而言,别忘了在今年8月为香港风帆冲浪金牌选手李丽珊的表演加油,她已经是第四次参加奥运会了。
