1. At ease
这个短语的意思是“安心；自在；不拘束”，在影片里也就是“放轻松”。这个词也可以作为口令，就是我们上体育课常说的“稍息”。请看例句：The dentist soon put the small girl at ease. 牙医很快使小女孩的情绪放松了。
2. get in your way
意思是“阻碍你；妨碍你”。“Get in one's way”有“挡路”或“阻碍”的意思。比如：He is busy with his work now. Don't get in his way. 他很忙，别妨碍他。
3. It just kills you that I'm not an honor student.
“我不是模范生真是要了你的命了”。Honor student 是指“优秀学生”或“模范生”。“honor”在这里是“模范、荣誉”的意思。相似的用法有：honor president，荣誉主席。It kills… 是一种夸张、强调的说法，下文中的mothers have killed to get their daughters on squads 也是同样的用法，意思是“妈妈们拼了命也要让女儿进啦啦队”。

7. hit man
