　　1. Harley

　　Harley-Davidson，美国著名的摩托品牌，并衍生出相关周边产品。最初的Harley是在1903年由Davidson brothers——William, Walter, and Arthur和William S. Harley在一间小木屋里“攒”出来的，并以两个姓氏命名为“Harley-Davidson”。

　　2. Get real

　　意思是“Be serious.”，“严肃点”。

　　3. I got bored during fourth period.

　　这句话的意思是“我在第四节课的时候觉得无聊”。“Period”是“（一堂）课；课时”的意思。比如：We have four periods of English a week. 我们每星期上四节英语课。

　　即“后空翻”。

　　“Pain in the ass / butt” 是说“某人很讨厌”。如果你想说得文雅些，避免用“ass”这个词，可以说“pain in the neck.”。意思完全一样。我们来看个例子：

　　Joan is a real pain in the neck, with her constant complaining. 琼抱怨个没完，真是烦人。

　　10. uber dyke

　　女同性恋。“Dyke”也就是“dike”，是指女同性恋女子，尤指男性化者。

　　11. I'm pulling rank, and you can fall in line or not.

　　这句话是在说：“我现在就是'滥用职权'，你同不同意随便。”“Pull rank”的本意是“滥用职权”，前面队员说队长“专制”，队长这里当然就顺着说了。“Fall in line with”和“in line with”都有“与……一致”、“同意”的意思。比如：

　　She usually gets her way without needing to pull rank. 通常她不需要滥用职权便能如愿。

　　Place your right toe in line with your left heel. 把右脚趾与左脚跟排在一直线上。
