　　肝肾阴亏 Deficiency of the Liver and Kidney

　　主症

　　视物不清，眼内干涩，头晕耳鸣，遗精，腰酸，脉象细弱，舌红少苔。

　　Main Manifestations

　　Blurred vision, tinnitus, nocturnal spermatorrhea, aching of the lower back, thready and weak pulse, red tongue, scanty coating. 　

　　气血两虚 Deficiency of Qi and Blood

　　主症

　　视物不清，神疲乏力，懒言声低，纳少便溏，脉细弱，舌质淡，苔薄白。

　　Main Manifestations

　　Blurred vision, weakness of breath, disinclination to talk, lassitude, poor appetite, loose stools, thready and weak pulse, pale tongue with thin, white coating. 　　

　　肝气郁结 Stagnation of the Liver-Qi

　　主症

　　视物不清，两胁胀痛，头晕目眩，口苦咽干，脉弦。　　

　　Main Manifestations

　　Blurred vision, distention in both hypochondriac regions, dizziness, vertigo, bitter taste in the mouth, dry throat, string-taut pulse. 　　

　　随证配穴 Additional Points

　　治法

　　取足少阳，太阳经穴为主，肝肾阴虚、气血两虚、针用补法以补益肝肾，濡养气血；肝气郁结，针用平补平泻法，以疏肝解郁。

　　Treatment

　　The points of Kideny Meridian and Spleen Meridian are selected as the main points. To reinforce the liver and kidney and nourish Qi and blood by reinforcing manipulation for deficiency of the liver and kidney-Yin and deficiency of Qi and blood. The even manipulation is applied to the same points to remove the stagnation of the liver-Qi.

　　Prescription

　　Fengchi(GB 20), Jinming (BL 1 ), Qinhou (EX-HN 7), Guangming(GB 37).　　

　　随证配穴

　　肝肾阴虚：太冲，太溪，肝俞，肾俞。气血两虚：足三里，三阴交。

　　肝气郁结：期门，太冲，内关。
