(中英)针灸治疗鼻渊处方

　　鼻渊 Rhinorrhea with Turbid Discharge ::

　　主症

　　鼻流腥臭浊涕、色黄、鼻塞、嗅觉减退。经久不愈，反复举发者，则兼见头昏、鼻额胀痛、记忆减退、舌红，苔黄腻，脉数等。

　　Main Manifestations

　　Yellow fetid nasal discharge, nasal obstruction, loss of smelling accompanied by dizziness, distention in forehead, poor memory, red tongue with yellow sticky coating, rapid pulse.

　　治法

　　取手太阴、阳明经穴为主。毫针刺用泻法，以清热宣肺，通窍止涕。　

　　Treatment

　　The points of the Lung Meridian and Large Intestine Meridian are selected as the main points punctured by filiform needles with reducing manipulation to clear and to smooth the flow of the lung Qi, and to expel pathogenic wind heat to stop the nasal discharge.

　　尺泽 列缺 合谷 迎香 风池 足三里　

　　Prescription

　　CHIZE (LU 5), LIEQUE (LU 7), HEGU (LI 4),YINGXIANG(LI 20), FENGCHI (GB 20), ZUSANLI (ST 36).
