With the development of the Internet, many people are used to（习惯）shopping online（网上购物）. It has become a fashion（时尚）in our daily life（日常生活）. More and more people are developing a habit of（养成一种习惯）shopping online and each day they may spend at least one hour surfing（浏览）shopping websites（购物网站）for what they need.
Shopping online has many advantages. Just by a click of the mouse,（通过点击鼠标）you can buy what you're interested in （对…感兴趣的）without going outdoors（足不出户）. You can avoid（避免）getting tired and being trapped in（被困在）the crowded people（拥挤的人群）and traffic jam（交通堵塞）and thus save time. When shopping online, you can choose from all kinds of（各种各样的）goods.
Every coin has two sides（任何事物都有两面性/凡事有利有弊）. Its disadvantages（不利之处）are obvious, too. On the one hand（一方面）, it's very easy for you to buy goods different from（与……不同的）what you see on the Internet（在网上）. people are often warned against（被警告要提防）online false advertisements. On the other hand（另一方面）, shopping online may cause people to buy goods that are not badly（非常）needed. That's often the result of an impulse purchase（冲动型购物）. As for（至于）me, weighing（权衡）both advantages and disadvantages of shopping online, I still prefer to（更喜欢）shop online.
